• LA Freedom Walk at Blessed Sacrament

    January is National Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Month. Join individuals from around LA for the annual LA Freedom Walk to hear from survivors of human trafficking and walk 1 miles alongside survivors and community members to protest modern day slavery.

    The walk will start at 9am at Blessed Sacrament (6657 Sunset Blvd, 90028).

    Things to Know:

    • This is a FREE event.
    • Gather your friends to participate with you.
    • Please bring your own water and signs to hold.
  • Reading to Kids at Politi Elementary School

    Volunteers are needed to read aloud to small groups of children from low-income and ESL families at Politi Elementary in Koreatown. Note: This event fills up fast, so be sure to RSVP at well in advance on the Reading to Kids website!
