Description of Opportunity

Los Angeles Child Guidance Clinic is planning their 2018 Client Holiday Party for Saturday, December 1st from 11am – 3pm and need volunteers. There are two ways that you can get involved:

Volunteering: This is a great opportunity to gather your family and friends for a fun filled day of volunteering! There will be two shift available 8:30am–12:30pm OR 12noon–4pm.

Toy Drive: If you’re unable to extend your time but would like to invest in a child this holiday season – join us in donation of toys/gifts! We are specifically looking for Toys ($10-20 value) that will be collected up until Tuesday November 27th at 5pm at LACGC’s University Park Office – 3031 S. Vermont Ave Los Angeles CA 90007. There is free parking in the lot out front. Please let the receptionist know that the donation is for LACGC’s 2018 Holiday Party.

As a mental health provider for over 90 years, the LACGC seeks to improve the social and emotional relationships, emotional development, and community functioning levels of children and their families who reside in the high-need, resource poor communities of Central and South Los Angeles.
